ProLogis Leases 241,000 Square Feet in the United Kingdom to Cinram International

DENVER, June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the world's largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased a newly developed warehouse in the United Kingdom to Cinram International, Inc., one of the world's largest manufacturers of pre-recorded CDs, DVDs and other home entertainment media products.

The 241,000-square-foot (22,400-square-meter) building is located at ProLogis Park Dunstable in Bedfordshire, about 35 miles northwest of central London. Cinram will use the space to serve retail outlets throughout the country. The park, which also includes a 536,000-square-foot (49,800-square-meter) building leased last year to health and beauty retailer AS Watson, is now fully occupied.

ProLogis Park Dunstable is located less than two miles from the M1 motorway, England's primary north-south transit corridor. The two-building park also offers close proximity to London Luton Airport and both Luton mainline train stations.
