ProLogis Leases 215,000 Square Feet of Its Development Portfolio in Southern California

- Golden State Container Takes Newly Developed Space in the Inland Empire -

ONTARIO, Calif., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has leased 215,000 square feet of distribution space in its development portfolio in Southern California during the third quarter to Golden State Container, an international provider of packaging and storage solutions.

The customer will occupy space at ProLogis Park Ontario Airport, in a newly constructed, 369,000-square-foot facility. The park is located off Interstate 15 between Interstates 10 and 60, minutes from the Ontario International Airport, and comprises approximately 1.9 million square feet in six buildings.
