ProLogis Leases 449,000 Square Feet in Europe

AMSTERDAM, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has signed third-quarter lease agreements in previously unleased space totaling approximately 449,000 square feet (41,700 square meters) with three customers in Europe.

Recent activity included leases with:
-- A global logistics and freight services company, which will occupy 273,000 square feet (25,400 square meters) at ProLogis Park Venlo Building Three. The building is located in the city of Venlo, the Netherlands, near the intersection of the A67 and A73 Motorways that connect Rotterdam to Dusseldorf and Arnhem/Nijmegen to Maastricht. -- ArchiDoc, a leader in document management outsourcing solutions. The company will occupy 116,000 square feet (11,800 square meters) at ProLogis Park Chorzow Building Eight, located in Chorzow, Poland, near the A4 Motorway that connects Germany with the Ukraine. -- Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska, a third-party logistics provider. One of ProLogis' longstanding customers, the company will occupy 60,000 square feet (5,800 square meters) at ProLogis Park Chorzow Building Nine.
