ProLogis Leases 105,000 Square Feet in Chicago

- Third-Party Logistics Provider Establishes New Chicago Distribution Hub At ProLogis Park O'Hare -

CHICAGO, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has signed a third-quarter lease agreement for approximately 105,000 square feet of previously unleased space in Chicago.

A third-party logistics provider will occupy the space at ProLogis Park O'Hare Building One, a 258,000-square-foot distribution facility located within five minutes of the south cargo gate at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. Recently certified LEED Core and Shell Gold, ProLogis Park O'Hare Building One is now fully leased.
