Item 5.02.
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As reported in the registrant’s press release dated November 15, 2023, we announced that Gary E. Anderson, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, Inc., will move to a new role as senior adviser effective January 1, 2024 and retire on June 30, 2024. We also reported that Carter Andrus will be the new Chief Operating Officer and Joseph Ghazal will be the new Chief Investment Officer, each effective January 1, 2024.
Mr. Andrus, age 44, has served as Global Head of Operations since January 2022 and prior thereto held various positions with the company since joining in 2008, including as President, Central Region from December 2020 to January 2022. Mr. Ghazal, age 52, has served as Global Head of Capital Deployment since January 2023 and prior thereto held various positions with the company since joining in 2001, including Chief Investment Officer, Europe from 2016 to January 2023.
