ProLogis employs a strategy of raising private capital through the ProLogis Property Funds. Instead of owning 100% of all of our properties, we contribute our development properties and repositioned acquisitions into funds in which we retain an ongoing ownership interest. This allows us to maintain customer relationships because we continue to manage the properties. We also generate revenues from asset and property management fees as well as our portion of the income generated by the properties.
