This proxy statement supplement, dated April 22, 2019, supplements the definitive proxy statement (“Proxy Statement”) of Prologis Inc. (the “Company”) relating to the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 1, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific time, at the Company’s offices located at Pier 1, Bay 1, San Francisco, CA 94111. This supplement should be read in conjunction with the Proxy Statement.
