On June 2, 2005, we announced that Bruce H. Freedman, our Executive Vice President, Real Estate Operations, will retire from full-time employment with us on March 31, 2006. We currently expect that Mr. Freedman will act in an advisory capacity on a part-time basis for us after his retirement.
