HARRISBURG, Pa., Apr 13, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has leased 420,000 square feet of recently developed distribution space in Eastern Pennsylvania to B&G Foods, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality shelf-stable foods.
B&G Foods will occupy the space at ProLogis Park 33 in Easton, Pennsylvania. The company is consolidating logistics operations from two other U.S. states into this facility. This is the first lease agreement between ProLogis and B&G Foods.

ProLogis Park 33 is located approximately six miles north of Interstate 78, off Highway 33. The distribution park comprises two facilities totaling 1.8 million square feet. BMW occupies 870,000 square feet in Building Two at ProLogis Park 33; ProLogis completed the build-to-suit facility for BMW in December of 2008.
